The first floor's 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 9 persons (an extra bed available on request). Three of them boast a sea view, through plam trees. In the garden, built on terraces, a sport room has been installed in the air-conditioned greenhouse. And after the effort comes the comfort: there is nothing like a plunge in the pool (8x12m) to refresh one's self .
The nearest beach is at a short kilometer, while several coves are easily reachable from the house. Golf courses, restaurants, casinos and boat clubs in the vicinity as well.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 3500 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

JUILLET 2021 - Carinne M : Le lieu était exceptionnel à tous points de vue et à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions - en lien avec le prix requis. Maison bien agencée et super équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien et n'avons constaté aucun point faible ou mauvaise surprise. Si nous cherchons la petite bête: la toute grande chambre "nuptiale", dans l'aile rajoutée, fait son petit effet visuel mais n'est pas des plus fonctionnelles... mais cela relève du choix du propriétaire et non de Bellavista. Satisfaits car, à deux reprises, vous nous avez permis d'accéder à ce que nous souhaitions et recherchions. Vous allez jusqu'au bout de la démarche pour satisfaire le client et faire en sorte que sa demande soit exaucée. Avons apprécié aussi d'avoir eu un suivi et d'avoir été contactés au terme du séjour pour exprimer, de vive voix, notre avis sur notre expérience ou nos réserves.
