The estate comprises of three villas, a reception/staff accommodation cottage and a swimming pool complex, set within both formal and informal gardens, which have been extensively planted. Fourteen acres of productive olive plantation surround the villas.

At any time of day, one of the terraces of the villa will be shaded and ideal to sit and relax whilst enjoying the different views of mountains or the sea. The estate is completely tranquil. The properties are not overlooked and the only sounds that can be heard are the echoes of the land and sea. There are excellent walking trails within the immediate vicinity of the estate. At night the sky “Ouranos” wears his glittering star-cloak and if one looks long enough, one can make a wish to a falling star…..

Sunset which can be enjoyed from your private surroundings along with your evening cocktail gazing over lavender fields and the listening to the sounds of nature.

Amidst the gardens a multi-function outdoor-pillared area is available for parties, al fresco dinners, wedding- receptions, reunions, talks, meditation, exercise, and other special occasions.

Stone steps lead down to two separate coves, both of which offer total privacy and seclusion. Umbrellas and deck chairs are provided for sunbathing, together with snorkelling equipment so that one can fully enjoy the unspoilt and friendly crystal waters of the peninsula.

On either side of the estate one can find himself swimming on two of the most beautiful and quiet beaches of the island, by sparing a few minutes walk. The north westerly coastal location means that the villas benefit from the prevailing northerly Mistral during the summer months which keeps the area several degrees cooler than the southern part of the island.

All three villas are a result of long planning and close cooperation between architects and interior designers Traditional dry stone walls were built by local stone masons. Double height wooden roofs cover the sitting areas, covered by clay tiles.

The interiors are carefully furnished with European antiques and modern comfort to provide a relaxing, cosy and luxurious setting for the guests.

During the cooler months the open log fires and central heating will add to the cosiness of the place.

Each villa offers three different outdoor al-fresco dining areas for up to twenty people.
