Cancellation policy : 50% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 5000 €, credit card to bellavista using the financial services of swikly , along with down payment.
