This is a sumptuous stone walled villa located on the North Eastern coast of Sardinia a mere 15 km south of Olbia. The villa stands on a hillside just 1 km from the shore and enjoys fantastic views of the coastline and of the island of Tavolara. At the next village (1km) motorboats can be rented to take trips to the islands of Tavolara and Molara, and to the unforgettable beaches of this area such as Corallina, Porto Taverna and Coda Cavallo, also reachable by car within a 10-minute drive.
The villa has a ground floor and a lower floor. It is tastefully furnished with some original antiques; there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and the villa is equipped with all modern conveniences
The villa's infinity pool, overlooking the coastline and with an annexed heated Jacuzzi pool makes this villa absolutely unique. In addition to the pool area, the perfectly tended 3500 square metre garden and the covered terraces off the living room all contribute to making a stay at the villa a most relaxing Sardinian Holiday.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 3000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

Compared with other destinations just the price was too much and not equal to the size and quality. But I knew this before, so just my cry...Experience with your agency was very good!
