The villa is located a very short distance from the sea, so you can choose whether you enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine on the terrace or on the clean pebble beach. On the sea side terrace is also an outside dining area in the shade of pergola and oleanders, so you can enjoy your family meals whilst enjoying the famous Croatian sunsets and the peaceful sound of the waves at night in the privacy of this luxury villa. In the back yard is another roofed patio and a big grill, so you can cook authentic Brac barbecue.
It has parking spaces available for 3-4 cars, so you can enjoy the local area tailored to you. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar on Brac Island with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes’ drive. Supetar is also a port town, which means you can easily reach the surrounding areas such as Split.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 40% upon reservation and balance 55 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 40% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 40 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 40 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.
