Paiement terms : Down payment of 25% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 25% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 10000 €, credit card, along with down payment.
