Renting a villa, an apartment is not a hazardous lottery when you can
visit the place before. Because it is difficult to quickly visit a
dozen villas, we offer you the possibility to do it simply on our
website. A wide selection of properties is waiting for you. They are
beautiful, neat, comfortable? and some are fabulous? others are lovely.

THE RENTAL PERIOD
Each property is rented from Saturday afternoon at 17h00 to Saturday
morning at 10h00. Some of our properties are rented for a 15 days
minimum period. For monthly or longer rental periods, we could offer
special rates, please contact us.
A NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO RESPECT
Each property has a maximum capacity, which is indicated in the
description by a number. In the case extra beds are possible and
accepted, maximum capacity is indicated by a second number. You will
not be allowed to exceed that number without asking us. This demand
shall be made before entering into the property otherwise the access
could be refused.
QUALITY CONTROL
Your opinion is important and helps us improving our service. Each
owner and partner of Bellavista has accepted a quality charter and is
devoted to respect it.
You will receive once you went back to home a questionnaire to fill. We
will ask you to judge all the aspects of the rental. Your judgment
counts, the owners are
concerned, so please give us your opinion.
WHAT IS INCLUED IN YOUR RENTAL, WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO PAY ?
YOUR RESERVATION : HOW TO BOOK
Do not wait the last day to reserve a villa for 8 people in a precise
location with pool and sea views. We might not be able to give you
total satisfaction. As soon as possible, make your choice, call us,
tell us which houses you are interested in, because it is possible that
one of them is already rented. Once you have made your choice, send us
the booking form signed with the initial deposit. You can use a wire
transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) to do so. The house will
then be reserved for you and you will receive a confirmation invoice.
The balance payment has to be done 45 days before entering in the
house.
WHAT PRICE WILL YOU PAY
Each property’s price is determined by 25 quality criterias :
tranquility, pool, tennis, quality of the house, etc. These prices
usually include charges except a special indication.
Final cleaning is usually included. You can have a cleaning service in
most of the villas. The costs can vary, sometimes is included: please
ask for these services when you reserve, indicate how many hours you
will need et we will tell you the price.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
It will be stated on your invoice, you will have to pay for it at the
entry of the property directly to the owner or to Bellavista before
your departure. In this second case, it will be given back to you
within a month after the end of the rent, except if some breakage is
noticed during the exit with the key holder. In any case you will be
always informed. Do not forget there are some insurances
“father of family” which cover your stay abroad.
TELEPHONE
Most of the owners have a telephone in state of use and internet
access. Some only accept incoming phone calls. We recommend you to use
your cellular phones.
COMPLAINTS
If you believe the quality of a rental and the service are not matching
to what you paid for, you have to contact Bellavista, within 72 hours
after your arrival
in the property and ask to the key holder to confirm the complaint.
Furthermore, you have to address a written complaint to Bellavista
within 1 week after the end of the rental.
Bellavista can not take into consideration complaints that arrive after
this delay. |
