The adjoining open plan kitchen is rather small but well equipped. When renovating, it was the owners intention to preserve the original character of the house. For this reason the upper floor can only be reached via an outdoor stair-case. Also the garden apartment has a separate entrance from the main house. Beautiful terracotta tiled floors, visible oak beams and many wooden parts underline the rustic character of this tended country house. Several terraces surround the house so one has sunny or shady places throughout the day depending on ones preference. The pool of 5 x 10 meters in size is set amongst trees and plants behind the house. The pool deck offers a partly covered terrace and at the pool house there is a shower and WC. Supermarkets, shops and very good restaurants are found in Deja and in Soller.
