Accommodation:
Discreet, mysterious and peaceful with its little door opening out to a pedestrian street, the body of the house is interwoven amongst the neighboring houses. The radiant lounge, summer dining room and 3 equipped terraces allow "rotation" in tune with the beating sun.
On the ground floor, there is the patio, with its benches and cushions designed for day to day living, is shaded by the leaves of its giant fig tree in summer, and completely sheltered in winter, Arabian sitting room of traditional dimensions (6 x 2,3 m) with fireplace, long benches and two tables. On the same floor, there is a small equipped kitchen (compact oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, "Fès" crockery...), a cupboard in the hall with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and 2 double bedrooms with both a bathroom tiled in "zéliges" (wonderful Moroccan mosaic). Toilet in the patio. On the first floor, there are 2 stairways, the first leading to a small study room (the only room opening into the alleyway) with a child's bed and 2 other double bedrooms, each with a shower room and toilets. A summer dining room is under a canopy, salutary in the midday sun. On the second floor, another stairway leads to a lounge room where one can be refreshed between the two sun baths on the terraces (two perpendicular benches and a small fridge).
Three equipped terraces with benches, cushions and tables. Shower on one of the terraces and on another, a pergola covered by vines, ideal for meal times with a view over the medina and the sea.
