Thanks to its 200sqm of living space, it can welcome 10 people. Behind the two imposing ancient doors in sculpted cedar, you discover the living room cupola of a height of 12 m. The central living space is ornamented by an Indian living room from the Rajasthan recovered with pink sabra and a Burmese table ornamented with a large copper tray. To the east, you will enjoy a large living room, with exotic furniture bought back from travels to India or China. The large fireplace invites to friendly evenings. To the west, the dining room is lightening up by a succession of suspensions in Murano glass. The guests take place around 2 tables in wood specifically designed for the villa. These ones can be assembled to welcome friends and enjoy dishes prepared by the cook. 3 reception spaces are south oriented and they are extended by a gallery and an outdoor living room with a fireplace where you can relax. A TV room with home cinema and a 7 m long oriental sofa is also at your disposal. There is a direct access to the terrace facing the swimming pool. The main staircase leads to the terrace roof of about 500sqm, for parties at sunset, facing the Atlas, or for dinners underneath the starry sky of the Palmeraie.
There are 5 double air conditioning bedrooms: each one is unique, by its arrangement and decoration.
The tradition is mixed to modernity to offer all the actual comfort like air conditioning or safe. Weither you are at the ground floor, the floor or in the garden, you will be able to see different views on the magnificent Atlas, The Djebelettes (little Mallow mountains) and the Palmeraie.
Alep is about 35sqm. It is located on the west side and it has a bathroom (shower and bathtub) with cedar wood dressing and wardrobes.
Damas is about 32sqm. It is located on the southwest side and it has a bathroom (shower and bathtub) with a large terrace, which allows admiring the garden, the swimming pool and the Atlas.
Samarcande is about 31sqm. It is located on the west side, with a balcony offering a beautiful view on the Palmeraie. It has its own bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a dressing.
Suite Byzance is about 56sqm and it is south located, with private terrace. The large dressing in sculpted cedar is between the bedroom and the very large bathroom (shower and bathtub).
Suite Havanne is about 60 sqm and it is located on the floor to the west, with large terrace. Office and leather armchair to read, relax while admiring the beautiful view on the garden, the swimming pool, and the Atlas on the horizon. There is a direct access to the terrace from the floor, a very large bathroom (shower and bath) and a large dressing.
Outside, the 14000sqm garden is composed of palm trees (over 100), bougainviliers, jasmine, fig trees, and orange trees. There is also an olive grove of 95 olive trees. The rose garden will offer you each day its flowers, explosion of colors and scents. At the end of the garden, you will be able to discover organic vegetables. The Moresque pavilion with its cushions will offers you relaxing moments. A stoned path leads you to the 25m swimming pool and to a solarium.
