Accommodation:
Entering the house, you will be amazed by a high hall and a central stairs, which show the wonderful space of this prestigious villa. The floor is composed of 4 spacious rooms: you will be impressed by a beautiful lounge of 80m2 which benefits from a state of-the-art centralized TV and a central fire place, a 37m2 dining room and a kitchen of 46m2 (equipped with a frigde/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dish washer, a washing machine and a dryer). All theses room are open and communicate all together but there is the possibility to close it by doors. By taking the principal staircase, you will go to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is absolutely amazing and it is composed of a double bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a bath, a shower and 2 toilets. 2 other bedrooms are on the floor: one has a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a bath; the other bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Each bedroom also has a terrace that you can use at your convenience.
A 267m2 guest apartment also has a double bed and a bathroom. It can perfectly be convenient for a baby sitter or a driver. It has a fully operational office and a gym and bodega are also available. Theses spaces are unique and available at your convenience throughout your stay
The house is equipped of a home cinema room with some sofas, a television, DVD player, Ipod. A musical system both indoor and outdoor is available. Double-glazing to prevent excessive heat absorption into the house. On the outside, the external dining and lounge areas as well as the swimming pool (8 x 5m) are particularly comfortable and can assure you a charming and relaxing moment. There is a jet stream at the pool for the energetic swimmer and you will benefit from an exceptional and beautiful view on the sea.
