The scent of lavender carried by the morning breeze, the sound of cicadas heated by the first rays of sunshine, the Tuscan countryside wakes up.
The morning light begins to enter in the large building revealing the charm of this historic home : the terracotta floors, the monumental fireplaces, the ceilings with exposed beams as well as the shimmering colours of the frescoes on the vaulted ceilings emerge from the morning torpor.
In the garden you can already hear the sound of someone swimming in the pool. Two more lengths and we're off to discover the mysterious Volterra.
Here it is, it appears in the distance as an untouchable fortress on the top of the hill, then its contours appears in the horizon. To discover its wonders you have to climb the hill on which it is perched like an eagle's nest. At the end of this ascent we dominate all the surrounding countryside, a sensation of extreme lightness invades us and transports us in the narrow streets of the old medieval town of Etruscan origin.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Sophie C. Juillet 2022: La maison est très belle, immense, agréable. Le personnel un peu trop présent (entretien arrosage) La cuisine suffisamment grande il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour réfrigérer. Après comme toutes les maisons il n’y a jamais assez de plats et de coupe, m ême si il y a beaucoup de chose (le grille pain est a changer). Ça été super d’avoir une salle de bain par chambre La clim fonctionnait sauf dans une chambre mais nous avons été prévenu à l’arrivée La literie n’est pas uniforme. Le Wifi fonctionnait pas trop mal mais la région est comme ça : à l’intérieur de la maison ça fonctionne mieux, dans les chambres c’est aléatoire. La piscine est top, la villa est sympa Nous avons trouvé la procédure de check out longue, le calcul du surplus d’électricité compliqué car il ya 3 compteurs avec des tarifs en fonction de tranches horaires. Le Dîner du premier soir très bien. La dégustation de vin n’était pas un bon rapport qualité prix à notre avis mais l’endroit est assez magique, Nous avons trouvé la villa très agréable à vivre et Volterra très jolie.
