This beautiful property has been carefully decorated by its owner, a furniture designer and producer renowned for her trendy shop in Rome.
The open landscape of the Val d'Orcia offers exceptional panoramas that you will be able to admire from the heated hot tub for 6 people. The long narrow heated pool (20m x 4m) seems almost to be pouring itself onto the fields and farms below. A lower terrace along the west edge of the villa protects the well-organized and well-kept vegetable garden from the ceaseless breeze. In the garden, you will enjoy playing volley, croquet and football.
A wide, uncovered staircase that leads to the first floor bisects two broad terraces paved with old stones. One forms an outdoor living room with casual seating under umbrellas. The second is the outdoor dining room, also under umbrellas. Close by is the outdoor fireplace for grilling in the ancient Tuscan tradition and fashioned from thick slabs of “pietra serena”. The sink is wide and shallow and ancient. All has been thought to enjoy the Dolce Vita.
